It’s easy to become still and hard living in New York City. Things move at a faster pace, and most people’s emotions are left at home for the cat to chew on. It’s very rare that someone will stop when you fall, or hold the door for you. I’ll admit, I have definitely moved closer to becoming like this, but every now and then I have to stop myself, take a breather and readjust. On somedays it’s impossible, but others, a random song will pop on my ipod during a shuffle, and it hits. I hate getting all zen on ya, but it’s been that kinda day.
